Looking on Amazon I stumbled on to these top cases and it might just be a better mousetrap, especially for campers looking for multi function gear. The fold out wings convert it into a table ot when folded up act as places to lash stuff too. IDK for $200 seems useful.

I’ve seen items on Amazon used (typically previously returns), bought a few. If the discount is good enough sometime worth a shot with free returns.
I once got a top box that looked like it had rolled down the highway at 80 mph, clearly the return process should’ve thrown that one in the dumpster, yet —they still paid the shipping to return it yet again.
