Hello, I recently bought a brand new 2015 GS... She already has 1000 miles

As here in my country there is no bmw service dealer, does anyone knows what do I have to perform on the 600 miles service?

I replaced the enginel oil-filter and transmision oil

Does the gearbox oil need to be replaced?

Unlike previous GS's, the LC's have wet clutches so there is no gear box oil to replace. Only engine oil and final drive oil at 600. Everything else is just check fasteners, switches, lights and reset the service reminder.

ShireReeve‘s link is excellent, as it goes directly to A&S Cycles (dealer) and offers up the “official” BMW maintenance sheets for all the bikes in PDF format.

This link from 2015 still works, but the schedules seem a bit dated. No mention of the final drive oil change which comes up on my service DVD as a 24k service item. I would include this item whenever changing the gear box oil (Pre-LC models).

Agreed. I noticed several glaring omissions like that, which are critical. Perhaps we can correlate with a schedule for an older bike and/or alternate manual.
