A41's??? if so, lots of issues with the front tyre here in Europe, uneven wear, pulls the bike to one side, steering wobble, the rubber on the edges degrades quickly and gets pitting, loud tyre noise. usually happens around 3k miles on the tyre. get rid and get another make of tyre.... Bridgestone have been contacted by loads of people in Europe, and they won't say there is an issue with the tyre!!!! Bad batch or major tyre fail??

 

A41s came on my '22 as well. I took them off after the first service at 600 miles. I put Road Attack 3's on my bike and the noise went away. Since then, I've used TA3 for over 30K. I had a trip coming up recently and my rear was close to wear bars and I wanted to have full stickiness because I was to ride very twisty roads with an expert rider. I put the rear A41 on the rear and left the perfectly good front TA3 on. Worked fine and no noise. It's all coming from the front A41. Something is very wrong with that tread design. I can't believe BMW would approve tires like that. ...and they're basically street tires.

 

Traded my A41s at 3500 miles for a pair of TMMs. Wasn’t anything in particular, other than I like to turn off the pavement whenever I get a chance.

 

Worst tires I've ever had are the ones they stick on BMW motorcycles. Bridgestone, Michelin or Metzler wants to get rid of some crappy tires and BMW steps forward and takes them. I almost got rid of my first 1600GT because of poor handling Metzler tires. I put my first set of tires on it and the difference was dramatic.
The nice thing about the GS is it can do whatever you want if you put the right tires on it. So your bike came with tires that don't suit your riding style, replace them. We can help with that. What do you want to do with your bike? Go to Alaska? Chase down sport bikes? Or just want a quiet tire to go back and forth to work? Let us know.

The noise is really loud and I’m worry about . I mean usually when you bring your véhicule to the Mecanic under warranty they never find any issue, same thing about no error code on their computer. Maybe I have to sell this bike but I tried and my possible Custumer told me , he did fell confortable about the front noise…
I feel like I'm driving an off-road pickup truck with mud tires, it's unacceptable for a $26,000 motocycle. I have to drive with headphones with noise cancelation technology to be able to cover this atrocious noise. This has become a concerning and disturbing problem on a vehicle that is supposed to be premium and new. This is not a basic model and I have paid what most would consider a large sum of money and would like to have a proper functioning vehicle. I have owned a BMW 700GS and I have test drove 1250 GSA.

Looking for 80% road 20% of road not noisy tire for 2023 1250 gsa.

The Bridgestones are noisy but not as noisy as the Anakee III's that came on my 2018 GS. Be prepared for the front tire to wear out twice as fast the rear tire. If you plan to ride pavement only and you want a quieter ride go with a sport touring tire like the Road VI.

Ok, so I've had various tyres over the years of riding, but the ones I replaced yesterday i'd have to say were the worst. The tyres in question were Metzler Tourance Next. Now this is all my opinion and I'm sure some peeps will swear by them, but my personal experience has been that the front was super noisey on my 1250GS, as other brands have been but the main thing was the tyres did not inspire a great deal of confidence, not even when taking things relatively easy,I was not confident in them anywhere near approaching the limit. So while the front was done for, the rear was still okay but I decided to ditch both and yesterday I replaced them the the Conti Trail Attack 3's.

It's early days, but one thing I immediately noticed was the lack of road noise front the front tyre, this has been my biggest grumble on my GS since I bought it new, when raising it with the dealer I was told it's the nature of the GS. Now I know this is not the case, it's about the quality of the tyres fitted from factory and the hit and miss aspect of tyres when replacing them. So I'm chuffed with the Conti's, I researched on a number of forums and found mostly positive reviews. The new set wasn't cheap at over $750 AUD but so far I'm pretty certain I've made a good choice.

The same was on my 2021 that came new with Michelin Anakee's.

 

My bike came with the Bridgestone A41's. I gotta say I don't mind them. I wasn't going to continue to use them as my preference is the Conti trail attacks which I consider a perfect road tire.
BUT...Bridgestone has a rebate going if you buy a set so I have a spare set waiting to be installed.

 

I also have the A41s on my new '23 GSA. I'm usually quick to rid myself of whatever tire BMW decides to offload on me.

But no problems with them at this point, under 1000 miles still. No noise. No pull, etc. Seem grippy enough on the tarmac.

I'll be quick to replace them the moment I feel anything funky under me.

If the front tire is not extremely noisy, they've changed the tread this year. Good news if true. The noise on my '22 was really unbearable. I tried one of those Wunderlich under the TFT/over the forks wind/noise shields and also got their handlebar case to stop tire noise. Didn't work.

The only thing that stopped the noise was Trail Attack 3s. That said, I had no issues with the performance of the A41s. The stick to the pavement just fine. I have the rear A41 on my bike now with a TA3 on the front...Works OK and no untoward noise from the rear A41. If they're listening and they fixed the problem, terrific!
