Bought a 'new to me' 2015 R1200GS with only 7,235miles and added 8,235 miles in 30 days circling USA so I could guide Brazilians along Pacific coast who rode with me in Brazil.

Parked for 12 days and dead battery? OK, I was tired of riding.

Recommendations? Don't want to get stuck push start in Ushuaia again with a 10 year old battery! LOL 🤷‍♂️

Brazilians should be in Florida to ride with me to Key West soon so thanx.

I got a dud from that source on Amazon and it failed within 3 months, this time went with the YTX14H-BS for the same price and 240 CCA, I am assured it's a brand new home activated battery.

I did not, got rid of the box and didn't want to deal with the hassle. I got 3 months out of it for a bit over $100, I can spend that at the grocery within minutes and barely have anything in my shopping cart.
