I'm totally confused while trying to do DIY 12k service for my 2019 r1250gs.
Using the latest motoscan Ultimate with OBDLINK MX+, I'm able to reset the service date and mileage as expected. I tried adding default values (1 year and 10000 km), I tried adding other values with the same result. I can see new values on the dashboard. BMW no more is nagging me with "visit BMW service" messages. BUT. the damn amber triangle with an arrow around it - is still there! I cannot get rid of it no matter what I do. I cleared every single error code in every module. no codes are present now. but the "service reminder" is still there.
Anyone else had similar experience with motoscan?

Try entering 30,000KM. Currently the bike is at 20,000 KM's and you are trying to rest it to 10,000 KM's

Good advice, thanks! Unfortunately that did not help, it just told me next service is in 18k miles but the damn amber triangle is still there

Sure no other codes are present? Would seem service is ok…wonder if it’s something else?

I tried removing the cables from exhaust flapper valve. It eventually threw an error so I installed the cables back and cleared the error. Now all errors at all modules are clear and the valve is operating normally
