Hi all,

Hope you can help me with an issue that I have. Both my throttle valves decided to break at the same time so I have to replace them. As you can see from the pic the little bit of black plastic has broken. So what I want to know is the following:

1. Can I replace just the plastic somehow?
2. Would it be OK to go for a used pair if they are in decent condition?

Obviously the dealer wants me to buy new but in Dubai that's at a cost of $680 each which is ridiculous. I have explored other options and its cheaper in the US or Europe but I just wanted to see what the options were.

UNBELIEVABLE that a first class manufacture would use plastic in such an area, my bike has the same setup. (09 hex) safety issue for me. i guess one could install the old style but iam shur the computer would freek out having the stepper motors unhooked.
