Anyone have ideas on what type of extra lighting that I can install that works with the CAN BUS system (plug and play)?

After 40 years of riding and many bikes owned, in last 10-15 years on every bike I purchased, used or new, first thing to do was loud horn, aux front DRL's and other pair as NRL's and extra brake light as high as possible.
My new R1250GS is my first BMW bike and I was more then happy when I discovered about EzCan and CanSmart. I purchased EzCan and now I have only one pair of aux LED lights controlled by EzCan, so as soon as it gets dark and light sensor on the bike's dash decides it's dark enough, my DRL's dim to 40% to be used at night, which is controlled by EzCan. If I flash high beam, DRL's would flash 100% too. As for brake light, I installed Denali brake light on the cover of my topbox and programmed on EzCan to stay always on at 10% and 100% when brakes are applied.
After all these years I try to be visible on the road as much as possible.

It sounds like there might be a unfortunate story behind this post. I've been riding for over 50 years and have been involved in, or seen just about every kind of mishap you can have on two wheels. It makes sense to me to make yourself as conspicuous as possible but nothing is 100% effective when people can't put their damn phones down while they're driving.

Kind of an old thread but I now agree with enzo5000. Now that I've had both the Skene and the Billie light the Billie light is superior and easier to install.

I Have Both Skene and Weiser

I have had great experiences with both Skene and Weiser. Here's my $.02:
1) Easiest Plug and Play - Weiser Red/Amber Turn Signals - just changing out the stock bulb for an LED board. My photo shows the comparison.
2) Next level - Wieser 2-in-1 Brake/Turn or Skene - both require an extra 12V power lead to energize the lights. You will either tap straight off the battery or go through a fuseblock (I use a PDM-60). If you don't, it'll cause a CANBUS fail as it reduces voltage sensed by the bike on whatever circuit you do tap off. There is also a "trigger" wire that is required to tap off the same signal wire you want your turn signal or brake light to be activated by. This doesn't effect CANBUS - but it's an extra wire you'll tap off (nowadays with a Posi-Tap).
Option 1 above takes about 10-15 minutes. Option 2 is a few hours.

Hey there curious if you might be the person to ask, as I might be slightly confused. Im new to BMW GS, but not new to making mods on bikes. I was going to get Cyclops or Wieser front and rear 2 in 1 set up. Then add in the Clearwater front LED lights. Ive watched install vids on all. Do I need to add a Canbus system or fuse block? maybe what is the difference? Ive seen that some say the Raider Canbus by Cyclops is the way to go, again just not sure what is required or best set up. Thank you, sir.

Do the Skene turn signal models have amber led's? Their website pictures look like amber but nothing is mentioned in the description. What I would like is amber for turn signals and red for the brake lights.
